We are a committed group of individuals who have dedicated our lives to serving seniors. Since 2013 we have served as a development company, building senior living communities from the ground up, as well as managing the operations of existing communities. Our focus is always on senior care, honoring both where our residents have come from and their dreams of the future.
Our signature building where our specialties are concentrated in services such as independent living, assisted living, memory and respite care all guided through a team of specialists in the aforementioned areas.
An older adult who can live independently might desire freedom from home maintenance and opt for apartment living. He or she may prefer to live near other seniors or near a family member. Three types of housing are among those designed to meet these needs.
Simply put, assisted living communities give older adults personalized care in a residential setting. They’re for seniors whose health or well-being requires a higher level of support, which is determined through a health assessment by the community according to state regulations. Assisted living also provides a healthy lifestyle and social engagement. The most common assisted living services offers include medication management and assistance with using the bathroom, dressing and grooming. Housekeeping, meals, laundry and transportation services, as well as social programs and activities, are typically included. Staff is available 24/7 to help with safety, care and support. Residents are encouraged to bring furniture and personal items to make their new home feel, well, like home.
Memory care is designed to provide a safe, structured environment with set routines to lower stress for people with Alzheimer's or dementia. Employees provide meals and help residents with personal care tasks, just like the staff at an assisted living facility, but they are also specially trained to deal with the unique issues that often arise as a result of dementia or Alzheimer's. They check in with residents more frequently and provide extra structure and support to help them navigate their day.
We offer a variety of amenities that complement the daily activity of our residents and help them maintain an active and healthy life, both physically and mentally. Mental games, dancing and conviviality are some of our most popular amenities
