The senior living communities are in South Carolina: Spring Park in Travelers Rest, Fairview Park in Simpsonville and Oakview Park in Powdersville offering assisted living and memory care options for seniors.
On February 5, 2019, Atlas Senior Living purchased The Park, which comprises three senior living communities in South Carolina.
Each community, Spring Park, Fairview Park and Oakview Park, are made up of 66 rooms total with 48 apartments for assisted living and 18 apartments for memory care residents. An expansion to include independent living apartments to Fairview Park in Simpsonville will begin in mid-2019.
