I hope this letter finds you well. Discussions and concerns continue across the country surrounding the Coronavirus Disease. From a company perspective, I wanted to share with you what we know at this point. While we have not had a case of Coronavirus in our communities, we continue to monitor the situation at state levels and from the CDC.
According to the information available, the Coronavirus symptoms and transmission are similar to the common flu. As always, our team remains diligent in our efforts to minimize illness in our communities. At this time, we ask that visitors please not visit until 24 hours after you are free of fever or any flu-like symptoms.
Please know that the well-being of our residents and associates is our top priority. Our team will continue to be proactive in hand washing, cleaning surface areas, and other cleaning protocols to reduce and prevent the spread of the illness.
