Lauren relocated to Georgia in 2006, from Syracuse, New York, after attending Syracuse University. She joined the senior living industry in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant with a senior living referral agency and quickly advanced to a Sales and Marketing role. During this time her passion for senior living grew, and she utilized her strengths by building relationships with seniors and their families. While in the Sales and Marketing role, Lauren established lasting relationships with industry professionals as well as gaining an abundance of knowledge of senior living communities. Most recently, Lauren expanded to an Area Sales Manager position where she supported multiple communities by mentoring sales teams and assisting with growth within the local market.
