Atlas both owns and operates its communities — a rarity in the industry, Goldberg said.
“I mean, it’s what drives us. It’s what my business partner and I go to sleep excited about, and it’s what we wake up even more excited about in the morning,” Goldberg said. “It’s a company that impacts not just the seniors, but our teammates — the people that we’re working with.”
