Zachary is an accomplished senior living executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in senior living and broader healthcare organizations.
He has a strong history of delivering financial growth, elevating resident satisfaction, and building and guiding high-performing teams through effective strategic planning and operational excellence. His executive roles have spanned Executive Director, Regional, and Vice President and CEO positions.
Throughout his career, Zachary has managed multi-site operations, directed expansion and development initiatives, and launched innovative programs that enhance organizational culture, care quality, and overall performance.
When Zachary is away from his role with Atlas, he enjoys hunting on his ranch with his two sons.
