Originally from Panama, Katie is a graduate of the University of Florida with a dynamic background in creating authentic connections and making a lasting impact on people’s lives. Her early career in the golf industry shaped her talent for engaging with people, which naturally transitioned into educating others on life-changing surgical solutions. This blend of communication, compassion, and purpose laid the foundation for her success in senior living.

With experience spanning independent living, assisted living, and memory care, she has thrived as a Sales Specialist, mentor, and onboarding leader. A servant leader at heart, she builds trust, supports families with compassion, and uplifts teams to thrive. Her strategic, people-first approach has consistently driven occupancy growth and strengthened team performance. 

Outside of work, she leads by example, living a life of balance, movement, and meaning. She finds joy in fitness, nature, and her greatest adventure: life with her husband and two teenage boys. Whether she’s walking the dogs, embracing the quiet of sunrise, or chasing a vibrant sunset, she chooses to truly live, not simply exist.
