Chloe Burke joins Atlas Senior Living with more than 20 years of experience across the continuum of care, including both skilled nursing and senior living. For the past 11 years, she has dedicated her career to serving residents and leading teams in senior living communities, with a proven record of driving occupancy growth, stabilizing operations, and advancing organizational culture.

Chloe began her career as a Sales and Marketing Director with Brookdale Senior Living before earning her Administrator’s License and being promoted to Executive Director in 2015. In this role, she consistently achieved high occupancy and operational excellence while cultivating strong resident and family satisfaction. Her success led to her selection as a mentor for new Executive Directors across Virginia and later advancement to District Director, where she provided oversight and strategic guidance to eight communities.

Most recently, Chloe served as Regional Vice President of Operations, supporting communities across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland. In this capacity, she partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver on key financial, clinical, and cultural initiatives, positioning her portfolio for long-term success.

With a comprehensive background spanning sales, operations, and multi-site leadership, Chloe brings to Atlas Senior Living a depth of expertise and a passion for elevating resident experiences, supporting team development, and delivering sustainable growth across her region.
