Beef Stroganoff
- 1 medium size round steak
- Salt
- Fluor
- Onion
- Butter
- Beef Broth
- Sour Cream
Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Put salt and flour in a bag and coat the steak cubes and brown with minced onions. In a pan, add 2 tbsps of butter and 1 can of beef broth. Add in the steak and onions. Cover and simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours. In the last 15 minutes, add 1/4th of a cup of sour cream and stir. Pour over noodles or dumplings.
