Erica Willis - Care Associate
Erica is dependable, timely and hard working. She excels at her role as she is gentle, even-tempered, patient and goes with the flow. She has a passion for caring for others and genuinely loves the residents and treats them like her own family. It is obvious that she always has their best interest at heart in all that she does.
Erica says that her favorite part of working at Madison Heights is interacting with the residents and putting smiles on their faces.

Linda Pearson - Care Associate
Linda takes pride in her work and can be counted on to do her job correctly the first time. She works great with others and gets along well with associates, family members and, of course, our residents. She is a team player; she helps get residents to activities in other buildings and assists with outings. She also helps set up for and clean up after enrichment opportunities. Linda ensures that the residents’ home is kept clean and fresh.
Linda says that her favorite part of working at Madison Heights is working with the residents on a personal level and getting to know more about them and their lives.

Miranda Bennett - Care Associate
Miranda is one of the most dependable and loyal associate Madison Heights has had since inception. She has a genuine love for the residents she works with. If you ask her to do something related to a resident’s well-being, you can count on her getting it done. Miranda is detail oriented and is an expert at ensuring that the building she is working in is always clean, sanitary, and germ-free.
Miranda’s advice for working with others is, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. If you can laugh together, you can work together”

Sadie Stokes - Care Associate
Sadie was one of the first care associates hired at Madison Heights in 2014. She is dependable and punctual. Sadie is trustworthy, caring, and hard-working. Sadie understands her goals at Madison Heights and comes to work ready to conquer the day. Residents frequently ask about her when she is not working and she has become a staple of Madison Heights. Sadie says that her favorite thing about working at Madison Heights is, “spending quality time with the residents, throwing dance parties, and singing with the residents.” In 2022 Sadie received the Faye Gilbert award as she was named the Atlas Senior Living Associate of the Year.
“She is a blessing from above. I cannot sing her praises highly enough. She is so loving and caring toward my mom, and has helped me, as a daughter, so very much during this journey.”
