Our December resident of the month is Muriel Kilmer. Muriel was born in Gilboa, New York. She lived most of her life in New York before coming to Ga. in 2022. She has 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys. She has 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Muriel was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 13 years before becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) and worked at a hospital in Stanford, New York. She worked in healthcare for 37 years serving others. She and her husband spent many years traveling all over the United States. She enjoyed sewing and made clothes for her children. She also enjoyed snowmobiling. She likes to read in her spare time. She is a lifelong Methodist and loves to praise and worship the Lord. She is very involved in our activity program here at Legacy Ridge and we are blessed that she calls it home.
