Please join us in congratulating our September employee of the month, Kimberly Benton! Kimberly moved to Georgia from Detroit in 2008 and has been here ever since! She did also briefly live in Alabama, but she is happy to call Georgia her home. Kimberly has 3 daughters, 1 son, and 8 grandchildren with one on the way. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys helping her husband with lawn care, working on her T-shirt company (KB Virtue LLC), teaching herself embroidery, traveling, and she is also happy to share that she recently got her realtor’s license. Kimberly has been a CNA for 33 years. She decided upon this career path when she was a young girl, and her church went to visit a nursing home. From that point on, Kimberly knew she wanted to spend her life taking care of our seniors. Her favorite part about working at Legacy Ridge is our residents. Her passion is giving them the care she knows they deserve and treating them with compassion, humanity and respect. Kimberly’s best piece of advice is “do right by others, and blessings will come.” We are so thankful for employees like Kimberly who go above and beyond every single day.
