Recipe Spotlight:

3 - Ingredient Creamy Tomato Basil Ravioli

Ingredients:
1 carton (32 ounces) Pacific Foods Organic Vegan Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
1 pound fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Add the tomato basil soup to a large, deep skillet and place over medium heat.
Bring the soup to a low simmer.
Add the ravioli to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the ravioli are cooked through.
Serve the ravioli with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.

Tasha Chester Is a new employee her with us at Legacy Ridge she is a part of our amazing care staff. Tasha is currently attending her first year as a college student pursuing a degree in radiology. She has blossomed into her position being a great part of our care staff. Her favorite color is orange she enjoys swimming, doing her nails and dancing. She goes above and beyond when caring for our residents and takes pride in her work always has a smile on her face.

Linda Sue Bell Gartin Resident of the Month

Our resident of the month for September is Mrs. Linda Sue Bell Gartin, AKA Suzy Bell. Linda was born in Corinth, Mississippi. she has three children, John, Jeff and Laura, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Linda attended Transylvania University, where she studied Science and Biology. She also attended St. Joseph Hospital School of Medical Technology, where she became a Registered Medical Technologist. Linda worked in a various healthcare setting. Linda has an affectionate and witty personality that makes everyone happy. We all love Linda, she is our shining light.
