Sheila Simmons
The spotlight employee for January is Sheila Simmons. She was born in Macon, GA on March 19,1968. Mrs. Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she isn’t working. Her passion for taking care of others is what makes her a wonderful caregiver. Shelia is a great team player who doesn’t mind helping any of her colleagues. The Prado is honored to have Sheila a part of the team family.

Recipe Spotlight
Green Bean Casserole
Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup milk
1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Mix green beans, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1/2 of the fried onions in a medium casserole dish.
3.Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
4.Sprinkle remaining onions on top, and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Deloris Reeves
Our spotlight resident for January is Deloris Reeves. She was born on December 12,1944 to Clarence and Mattie Chambliss. Mrs. Delores attended Ballard high school in Macon, Georgia. Mrs. Reeves was married to the late Pastor Leroy Reeves Jr. They Pastored at Center Hill Baptist Church for several years. Mrs. Delores retired from Warner Robins Air Force Base after 33 years of hard work and dedication. Mrs. Reeves is a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoys bingo, movies, painting and Bible Study.
