Here are some tips for washing your hands:

1. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 15 seconds.
2. Scrub under your fingernails.
3. If soap and water aren’t available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Lawana Josey

The spotlight employee for December is Lawana Josey Lawana, born in Macon, GA. on February 17. She is a wonderful mother and grandmother. Lawana enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on a beautiful beach watching the waves go by. She loves holidays! Lawana enjoys dressing up in the most adorable costumes. Her love and passion for her job is what makes her an amazing caregiver. She goes above and beyond to make sure each resident is well taken care of.

Tomato Basil Salmon

Tomato Basil Salmon

Ingredients
2 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray.

Place salmon fillets on foil; sprinkle with basil. Top with tomato slices, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven until salmon opaque in center and Parmesan lightly browned, about 20 minutes.

Ellen Rawlins. She was born January 23, 1935, in Helena, GA to Herschel and Dora Taylor. Mrs. Rawlins has lived in McRae, Griffin, and Macon. She is a wonderful mother of 1 and has 2 grandchildren. Her favorite beverages are Dr. Pepper and sweet tea. She loves walking, music, dancing, and shopping.
