Associate of the Month

My name is Ashtyn, and I currently work as a Concierge. Helping others has always been something I truly enjoy. Growing up around senior living communities helped me understand the importance of creating an environment where residents and families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. After working as a concierge before, I quickly realized this was something I was both good at and genuinely passionate about.

One of my favorite parts of my job is having the opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier. Whether I’m assisting a resident, helping a family member, answering questions, or simply sharing a smile and conversation, I enjoy being someone others can count on. I especially value the relationships I’m able to build with our residents and their families.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, coloring, and making bracelets. I love being creative and finding simple ways to relax and enjoy my free time.

As for my future, I’m still exploring my options and discovering the path that is right for me. There are many things I would like to experience and accomplish before choosing a long-term career, and I’m excited to see where my journey takes me.

I am very honored and grateful to be recognized as Employee of the Month. I appreciate being part of such a wonderful team and community, and I look forward to continuing to help make a positive difference each day.
