Resident of the Month

We are proud to recognize Jack as our April Resident of the Month here at The Goldton at St. Petersburg.
Jack was born and raised in St. Louis. At just 18 years old, he joined the United States Army, where he served as a tank gunner. After completing his military service, Jack attended Cornell University, where he studied aeronautical engineering.
Jack went on to build an impressive career working as an aeronautical engineer for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, contributing to the exciting world of aircraft design and engineering.
Jack was married to his wife, Mary Ellen, and together they raised their daughter, Debbie, who now lives in Colorado. Jack is also a proud grandfather and loves hearing about his grandchildren.
After retiring about 30 years ago, Jack moved to sunny St. Petersburg, where he enjoyed many days out on the golf course taking advantage of the beautiful Florida weather.
These days at The Goldton, Jack enjoys spending time in the movie theater watching classic episodes of I Love Lucy starring Lucille Ball. He also enjoys a relaxing glass of wine during happy hour and loves joining our lunch outings
