Associate of the Month

We are proud to announce Nik as our Associate of the Month! Although he has been with us for a short time, he has already made a tremendous impact. As one of our day shift med techs, Nik consistently demonstrates initiative, hard work, and genuine care in everything he does.
He has done a phenomenal job both as a caregiver and med tech, always going the extra mile to ensure our residents receive the best possible support. Nik is also very detail-oriented, taking great care to ensure accuracy and safety in his work, which is especially important in his role.
He is friendly, dependable, and always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. Nik is truly appreciated by both our residents and his coworkers, and we are so grateful to have him as part of our team. Congratulations, Nik!
