Associate of the Month

Please join us in celebrating Calista Vanzant, our Employee of the Month! We are grateful for the compassion, dedication, and heart she brings to The Goldton each day.
A Certified Nursing Assistant since 2019, Calista has always enjoyed caring for others. For her, being a caregiver is about more than providing care—it’s about building meaningful relationships. She shares that because she doesn’t have a large family of her own, the relationships she builds with her residents make her feel like she has an even bigger family.
Calista joined The Goldton team in December 2025 and has enjoyed our welcoming community, wonderful residents, and fun activities. As a First-Shift Lead Caregiver, she takes pride in working with her team to provide quality care, companionship, and support.
Outside of work, Calista is a proud mom to Zachary, 8, and Thomas, 4. They enjoy video games, swimming, trampoline parks, and funny movies together. Calista also enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with friends.
