Brooklyn Roberts
We’re proud to recognize Brooklyn Roberts as our Employee of the Month! For the past two years, Brooklyn has been a dedicated and compassionate member of our team, consistently going above and beyond in her role.
Born and raised in Spring Hill, Tennessee, Brooklyn recently stepped into her new position as Lead Caregiver. In this role, she supports and guides fellow caregivers, helping them grow and provide the highest level of care to our residents. Her leadership is rooted in kindness, patience, and a true team spirit.Brooklyn has a deep love for our residents. She enjoys the laughter and joy they bring to her day and works hard to ensure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home.
Outside of work, Brooklyn is passionate about fishing and reading. She also has a love for all things sweet. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue her career in the medical field and dreams of becoming a mom one day.
Her motivation is helping others and building a strong, caring community.
