Jessica is proud to call Summertown, Tennessee home and is honored to be named The Goldton’s Associate of the Month for February. Known for her fun-loving spirit, Jessica enjoys fishing and joking around with others—something she proudly admits she’s very good at.
Although she has a small family, Jessica believes family goes far beyond blood. Everyone she meets and cares for becomes part of her extended family, and she treats each resident with that same love and respect. She doesn’t just like working at The Goldton—she truly loves it. Helping others isn’t just her job; it’s what she feels she was born to do.
Whether she’s playfully teasing a resident, fixing their hair, or simply sitting down for a meaningful conversation, Jessica finds joy in the moments when residents light up with smiles and laughter. Those everyday interactions, filled with humor and connection, make her heart overflow with happiness.
What inspires Jessica the most is seeing residents smile and knowing they feel safe, cared for, and valued. For her, the funniest moments happen every single day—and they’re the moments that remind her why she loves what she does.
