Recipe of the Month
Cranberry Orange Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup cranberry sauce (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
Zest of one orange
Fresh cranberries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, and sweetener. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken.
Layer chia pudding and cranberry sauce in a glass. Top with fresh cranberries, a sprinkle of orange zest, and a mint leaf.
Enjoy a refreshing, festive, and nutritious holiday treat!
