As caregivers ourselves, we walk down this path together and share a common goal for our residents with memory loss to live a dignified, satisfying, and productive life.
Residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia in Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park in Simpsonville experience meaningful and impactful days while surrounded by the passion and care of our specialized associates. We are always interacting with our residents in memory care through favored activities such as crafts, cooking, gardening, fitness classes, and more to promote well-being, consistency, and socialization opportunities with others.
