Alyssa has only been with Atrium for about a year now and this is her second round as employee of the month. Every day, she embodies what it means to be a team player, a leader and a compassionate caregiver. Having worked in several departments, she could be running anyone of them any day now. She works full time and is attending school for pre-law/criminal justice. Her attitude and reputation precede her with the residents and the staff. She is honest, sweet, helpful, and attentive.
