Meet Our Associate of the Month

Our January Employee of the Month, Julia Carter, is a phenomenal caretaker who brings compassion, patience, and kindness to everything she does. She is incredibly loving and gentle with our residents and truly cares about their well-being, always going the extra mile to make them feel valued, safe, and respected

Julia is married and a proud mom of three children, along with her beloved fur baby, Luna. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing disc golf, and spending quality time with her family. She also has a creative side and loves playing the drums and singing.

She believes in living life on purpose and that to make a difference in the world, you must be different from the world. We are so grateful to have Julia as a part of our team and feel incredibly lucky to recognize such a dedicated, hardworking employee who consistently shows respect and genuine care for our residents.
