Meet Our Associate of the Month

Carol Hill is our Employee of the Month for February, and we are proud to recognize her dedication and heart for service. Married for 36 years, Carol is a devoted mother of three, grandmother to nine, and great-grandmother to five. She is a graduate of Northwestern Georgia Technical College for Nursing and brings both skill and compassion to her work every day. Outside of work, Carol enjoys crafts such as painting, crocheting, sewing, and embroidery, and she also loves riding motorcycles. Her favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Him that strengthens me,” reflects the faith, strength, and perseverance she shows in both her personal life and her career.

Carol is the kind of nurse whose presence instantly brings comfort for the residents with the steady patience and warmth of a mother. She listens closely, notices the smallest changes, and always knows when a gentle word or a reassuring touch is needed. Her dedication goes beyond her duties; she advocates for the residents, celebrates their small victories, and offers calm strength during difficult moments. To everyone around her, she is not just an exceptional nurse, but a constant source of love, safety, and trust. Thank you, Carol, for being a shining light at Madison at the Range!
