Meet Our Associate of the Month

We are proud to recognize Dalanda Byron, Server at Madison at the Range, as our March Associate of the Month! Dalanda truly loves her job, and it shows in everything she does. She is highly motivated, dependable, and a wonderful team player who is loved by all of our residents. Each day, she takes pride in giving her very best, serving with excellence and a warm smile that brightens our community.

A proud graduate of Jess Lanier High School in Bessemer, AL, Dalanda is also blessed with a beautiful family—five grown children and eleven grandchildren who mean the world to her. When she’s not at work, she enjoys cooking delicious meals and traveling whenever she has the opportunity. Her caring spirit at home is the same one she brings to Madison at the Range, making everyone feel valued and appreciated.

Dalanda lives by the scripture, Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This verse reflects her strength, faith, and positive attitude that inspire those around her each day. We are truly thankful for Dalanda, for her dedication, and for the love she shares so generously with our community. Congratulations, Dalanda, on being our March Associate of the Month!
