Our Team

Teri Burke

Executive Director

Teri Burke is the Executive Director for Madison at The Range.  She has a passion for caring for others that has resonated from her mom as a young child and turned into a lifelong career. Teri was blessed enough to know both sets of her great grandparents which just made her love for geriatrics blossom. Teri graduated with a BSN from UAH and has worked in caring for geriatrics for over 25 years. Teri started at Madison at The Range in October of 2017 and has been through the entire process of opening the community. “How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerate of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these”- George Washington Carver 

Susan Rogers

Sales & Marketing Director

Susan has worked in the senior living industry for the past 5 years. Her love for seniors started at a young age when she would accompany her father to retirement communities and sing for the residents. Susan loved how the resident’s faces would light up when singing a familiar song.

Susan has a background in Vocal Performance from UAH in Huntsville. She was able to use her music background when working in activities. Susan’s love for seniors and building relationships with families is one of the many reasons she loves working as a Sales & Marketing Director at Madison at the Range.

Patrice Jones

Activities Manager

Patrice has been at Madison at The Range since October 2019 as a CNA working in our memory care building. Her past experience as a lifestyle coordinator helped her transition into her current position. She looks forward to working with our residents each day. Being able to keep our residents happy by engaging in daily activities and maintaining their independence makes it all worthwhile. Patrice was born in Hattiesburg, MI but grew up in a military family and traveled extensively throughout her childhood. She has lived in the Madison/Huntsville area for six years. She is a wife, mother of two children and has two grandchildren. She feels blessed for all of her life experiences and being a part of the wonderful team at Madison at The Range.

Melissa Hayes

Wellness Director

Melissa has been a nurse for seven years and has enjoyed caring for seniors for the majority of her career. When she thinks about it, she is overwhelmed with joy to be part of a growing community serving the greatest generation. She looks forward to growing with Atlas Senior Living and looks forward to all the great things to come for Madison at the Range!

Brent Owens

Maintenance Director

Brent has been overseeing Madison at The Range’s physical building operations since 2017. As a native of Huntsville, Brent grew up with a strong interest in how things worked together. While in college, he met his wife and they now have two young boys. Before arriving at The Range, Brent worked in the building maintenance field for 18 years, learning valuable skills that allow him to best serve our residents with respect and resolve.

Sheena Hunter

Business Office Coordinator

Sheena has always known that she wanted to work in the healthcare field. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and has previously worked in pediatrics healthcare. She then decided to be a stay-at-home mother. Sheena always knew that afterward, when she re-entered the workforce, that she would one day receive an opportunity to work in the healthcare field again. She has been more than grateful to be given the opportunity to work as the Business Office Coordinator for assisted living and memory care. Sheena enjoys working alongside a great team as well as the senior living environment. She also loves to talk and laugh with seniors and be a part of their everyday lives. She adores listening to their life stories and strives to do her best for the community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Keith Wiggins

Director of Dining Services

Keith has over 15 years of experience in the cooking field and five years in management. He is ServSafe certified and oversees the day-to-day functions of the dining room as well as the dining team at Madison at the Range. He also consults with the dietitian regarding menu planning and conducts monthly meetings with residents. Keith is engaged and has three beautiful children. Keith’s passion is cooking and loves making the residents happy with the food that is served.

Brandy Bodine

Business Office Coordinator

Sheena has always known that she wanted to work in the health care field. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in health care administration. She previously worked in pediatrics health care. She then along with her husband decided to be a stay-at-home-mother. She always knew that when she entered back into the work force, she would one day receive an opportunity to fulfill working back in the health care field.  She has been more than grateful to be given the opportunity to work as the Business Office Coordinator for assisted living and memory care. I enjoy working alongside a great team, as well as, enjoying the senior living environment. I enjoy talking and laughing with the seniors and being a part of their everyday lives. I adore listening to their lifetime stories. I will continue to strive and do my best for our community.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They definitely teach me my strengths and keep me grounded. I would not have it any other way.
