Kaitlyn is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud parent of three children—two boys and one girl. Outside of work, she enjoys taking weekend trips and spending quality time creating lasting memories with family.

Danielle Chamberlain is the Lifestyle Director at Madison at Ocoee, where she brings heart, creativity, and genuine care to everything she does. Danielle began her journey in senior care in New York in 2010 and quickly discovered how meaningful it was to build relationships with seniors and create moments that truly matter. Although her career later branched into other industries, her love for working with seniors never faded.

In 2023, Danielle happily returned to senior care, knowing it was where she belonged. She joined the Madison at Ocoee team in May 2025 as an Activities Assistant and quickly won the hearts of residents with her warm personality, thoughtful approach, and engaging programs. In recognition of her dedication and natural leadership, she was promoted to Lifestyle Director in November 2025.

With more than 13 years of experience in event management, Danielle has a natural talent for bringing people together. She is passionate about creating inclusive experiences that help residents and staff feel connected, celebrated, and at home. For Danielle, it’s not just about planning activities—it’s about building community, sharing joy, and making every day meaningful.

Cheryl is a true Jersey girl in every way. After earning her BSN from Felician University, Cheryl worked in several clinical jobs, but senior living has always been her favorite. Quick with a witty response, Cheryl is candid yet compassionate and kind. Cheryl has 2 children and a grand dog. On her free time, you can find her fishing and making donations to casinos.

Bridgette has cared for seniors and prepared healthy comfort food for 20 years. Bridgette is passionate about the senior living industry and loves to make all the residents and families happy. Bridgette is married to the love of her life and has three children, Dante (26), Emiya (20), and De’Andre (17). She likes to read good books and watch classic TV shows in her spare time. Bridgette loves couponing and some would call her an extreme couponer! She is a Christian woman who puts God first in her life. Bridgette says, “I cannot see myself in any other industry, as caring for seniors gives me meaning and purpose every day!”

Alexis joined Atlas Senior Living in 2019 and shortly after was promoted to Business Office Coordinator at Legacy Ridge Trussville. Alexis remained at Legacy Ridge Trussville until 2025, building strong relationships, helping ensure smooth day-today- operations, and serving residents, families, and team members. Alexis was promoted as the Business Office Specialist in June of 2025, expanding her role to support multiple Atlas communities across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Alexis is passionate about serving seniors and creating environments where both residents and staff can thrive.
