Associate of the Month

Donna McDowell has been a dedicated member of the Madison at Ocoee team for the past four years, serving as a compassionate Care Associate. Known for her strong work ethic, Donna consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Working primarily in our Memory Care department, Donna brings both heart and attention to detail to everything she does. She has a passion for fashion and design, and it truly shows—she takes pride in making sure her residents always look their best and feel confident.
Donna’s kindness, dedication, and personal touch make her an invaluable part of our community. We are proud to recognize her as our Associate of the Month of May !
