Associate of the Month

We are proud to recognize Johnny John as Madison at Ocoee’s Associate of the Month for March! Johnny has been a valued member of our team since August 2025. Originally from New York, he moved to Florida at the age of seven and has called it home ever since.
In his free time, Johnny enjoys playing video games, spending time with his girlfriend and family, and being outdoors with his two dogs, Oreo and Blue. He takes pride in being dependable and compassionate and is always ready to support both residents and fellow team members whenever needed.
Johnny is a valued member of the Madison at Ocoee family, and both residents and staff appreciate his willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed. His positive attitude, dependable nature, and caring spirit make a meaningful difference in our community each day.
