Associate of the Month

We are proud to recognize Jacqueline “Jackie” Hatten as our August Associate of the Month!
Jackie has been a valued member of the Madison at Ocoee family for nearly two years and will celebrate her second anniversary with us this December. Her compassion, dedication, and genuine love for caring for others are evident in everything she does.
Jackie’s caregiving journey began more than 43 years ago when she became the primary caregiver for her mother during her battle with brain cancer. That experience inspired a lifelong passion for serving others, and she has devoted her career to providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to those in need.
Outside of work, Jackie is a proud mother and grandmother who treasures spending time with her family. When she’s relaxing at home, you’ll often find her curled up on the couch watching a good movie with her favorite snack -bag of pretzels.
Jackie’s kind heart, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to our residents make her an invaluable member of our team. We are grateful for the care she provides each day and are honored to celebrate her as our Associate of the Month.
