We are proud to recognize Kamara Smith as our January Employee of the Month here at Madison at Ocoee!
Kamara has been a valued member of our team for 2 years and 9 months, and throughout that time she has made a lasting impact on both residents and staff. From the moment you see her, Kamara greets everyone with a big, welcoming smile that truly brightens the day.
Kamara began her journey with us as a Caregiver, where she showed compassion, patience, and dedication to our residents. She later transitioned into the Dining Department as a Cook, where she continues to shine. We are incredibly grateful for the delicious meals she prepares and the care she puts into every plate served. Her cooking doesn’t just nourish—it brings comfort and joy.
Beyond her strong work ethic, Kamara is known for her willingness to step in wherever needed and her motherly nature toward both residents and fellow team members. She offers encouragement, kindness, and support, making Madison at Ocoee feel like home for everyone around her.
