Associate of the Month

We are proud to recognize Cassanger Johnson-Francis as our Associate of the Month! Cassanger has been a valued member of the Madison at Ocoee family since November 2025, serving on our Activities team.
Cassanger is always willing to lend a helping hand and never hesitates to step in wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist other departments make her a wonderful asset to our community.
Outside of work, Cassanger enjoys traveling, fashion, and learning about the Word of God. She especially enjoys studying Scripture and sharing what she learns with others.
Cassanger’s caring spirit, helpful nature, and dedication to our residents make a difference each day. We are grateful for all she brings to Madison at Ocoee and are excited to celebrate her accomplishments!
