Associate of the Month

Madison at Ocoee is proud to recognize Leanora Clay as our Associate of the Month for February. Leanora has been a dedicated Medication Technician in our building for an incredible 23 years, and she continues to serve our residents each day with compassion, professionalism, and a warm smile.
Leanora is someone you can always count on—whether it’s supporting our residents or stepping in to help her fellow team members whenever needed. Her commitment, reliability, and positive attitude make a lasting impact on our community.
