Memory Care at Legacy Reserve offers a secure modern design in an inviting and upscale environment. For family members seeking to enhance quality of life for loved ones with dementia, Legacy Reserve will offer superb care with an emphasis on comfort, respect, and dignity.
With never more than 15 residents, this intimate neighborhood allows us to put each person’s exclusive needs at the center of everything we do. Families have the confidence and reassurance that their loved ones are receiving tailored attention and are encouraged to partner with our community to preserve their beloved person’s self-worth.
Residents receive an individualized care plan designed to help them feel safe while adding meaningful experiences to each day. Diverse and engaging programming is offered during the day, evening, and weekends.
The community provides licensed nurse oversite 24 hours per days, seven days a week. Our combination of specially trained dementia team members, along with a licensed nurse overseeing medical wellbeing, allows Legacy Reserve at Fritz Farm to enrich lives and create significant successes on every level.
