Associate of the Month

Hi, I’m Renee, and I’ve been part of the Legacy Reserve family as a concierge for about two years. What I love most about working here is seeing how all of our staff and departments come together to create a wonderful home for our residents.
One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to know our residents, their stories, their experiences, and everything that makes them who they are. They truly inspire me, and I’ve learned so much from them. Some of my favorite moments are the simple ones, like chatting about classic music, laughing, and even singing along together.
Legacy Reserve is special to me because of the meaningful connections I’ve built, not just with residents, but also with their families and my coworkers. Those relationships make every day rewarding.
What motivates me each day is being able to bring a smile, a little love, and some sunshine into our residents’ lives.
A fun fact about me is that I have a small side hobby selling on Facebook Marketplace. I enjoy hunting for hidden treasures, giving old items new life, and turning them into something special.
