Associate of the Month

My name is Mack, and I work in the Kitchen as a Server at Legacy Reserve. I have been part of this community for over three years, and it has truly been a great place to work.

What I enjoy most about working at Legacy Reserve is my friendly coworkers. I appreciate that we can joke around with one another while still getting our work done as a team. That positive environment makes every day better.

One of my favorite parts of my job is making residents laugh and feel appreciated. I especially enjoy spending time with residents during activities and arts and crafts, as it allows me to be creative and build meaningful connections.

What makes Legacy Reserve special to me is the consistency of the coworkers I work with and the way everyone helps each other to ensure each day runs smoothly. What motivates me to come to work each day is seeing residents smile. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, drawing, and design, which allows me to express my creativity.

I am grateful to be part of the Legacy Reserve family and to make a difference every day.
