Associate of the Month

Hi, my name is Nancy Pruitt, and I work as a Laundry Aide here at Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park. I’ve been part of this wonderful community for almost 1 year, and I truly enjoy being here every day.

What I enjoy most about working at Legacy Reserve is the respect I receive from everyone and having the space and trust to do my job well. It allows me to take pride in my work and do my best each day.

What I love most about our residents are their kind words, hugs, conversations, and stories. I enjoy being a listening ear, and over time I’ve built special connections with several residents who feel like family to me. Each connection is different, but all of them are meaningful and close to my heart.

Legacy Reserve feels special to me because of my co-workers and management. They make you feel cared about, supported, and appreciated. What motivates me to come to work every day is simple: I love my job, and I love putting smiles on our residents’ faces.

A fun fact about me is that I enjoy shooting pool and having date nights with my husband. Thank you for allowing me to be part of such a caring and loving community.
