(Orlando) July 22, 2024 — Atlas Senior Living and affiliate company Salta Capital today announced the acquisition of three senior living communities in the Orlando, Florida submarkets of Clermont, Ocoee, and Oviedo.
These communities, which offer assisted living and memory care services, have consistently maintained high occupancy rates, demonstrating their excellence in providing sought-after quality care and services to seniors. The acquisition underscores Atlas Senior Living’s commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing senior living solutions in Florida and the Southeastern U.S.
Atlas Senior Living and Salta Capital plan to renovate with $1.5 million across the three communities. These capital improvements aim to enhance the living standards and amenities, ensuring residents receive the best possible care in a comfortable and modern environment.
“We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for every resident, both current and future, through our dedicated services and solutions,” states Scott Goldberg, Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Atlas Senior Living. “With deep insights into these local markets and an intimate knowledge of our communities, we are not only dedicated to our residents but also proud to be a company of choice for current and future team members.
