Atlas Senior Living is welcoming key leadership team members this month: Lauren Hamilton as Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Ashley White as Regional Director of Clinical Compliance, and Amy Cole as Area Sales and Marketing Director.
With the company’s rapid growth, including the recent acquisition of three Atlanta communities last month, more key leadership team members have joined the Atlas family to build and expand on its immense success.
While in previous sales and marketing roles, Lauren established lasting relationships with industry professionals as well as gaining an abundance of knowledge of senior living communities. Most recently, Lauren expanded to an Area Sales Manager position where she supported multiple communities by mentoring sales teams and assisting with growth within the local market.
“I am fortunate to work so closely with seniors and to be part of an organization that ensures enrichment of their quality of life. The impact we make by showing kindness and empathy is immense,” said Lauren.
Amy started in senior living in 2012 and has continued to learn and grow in the field. She has mentored both activity and sales professionals and has assisted with onboarding of corporate policies and department standards with each company she has joined.
Ashley has a passion for dementia care and is a certified practitioner. She brings multiple years of experience in the opening of new communities and has been instrumental in policy and procedure review as well as the implementation of those policies at multiple sites.
