Her professional journey is rooted in service and strategy—from entry-level sales to executive operations and sales leadership, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship—which has provided her with a unique, well-rounded perspective on the senior care industry.

Known for Shannon’s ability to blend heart with high performance, she has guided organizations through seasons of transformation — aligning mission-driven care with strategic growth and measurable outcomes. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to building strong teams, cultivating cultures of accountability, and implementing innovative strategies that elevate occupancy, revenue, and overall satisfaction. Shannon and her husband reside in Alabama where together they have raised six beautiful children, along with a few four-legged furry friends. With her free time, Shannon and her family enjoy super competitive family game nights, traveling to enjoy any body of water, Auburn football and attending as many concerts as possible.

Being in the Senior Living industry since 2009, Abbey began her career as a Business Office Director and quickly established a reputation for exceptional leadership and operational knowledge. Within just a year, she was promoted to the Executive Director where she served until 2019.

Throughout her career, Abbey has served in a variety of roles, allowing her to gain a comprehensive perspective on the multifaceted nature of Senior Living.   Her versatile background has equipped her with the skills needed to streamline processes, enhance the company’s organizational efficiency and drive support towards new initiatives.
