Jennifer has over twenty years experience in nursing. Serving initially as a surgical nurse, working with newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. She made the transition to senior living when she returned to school to obtain her RN degree. Jennifer worked as a floor nurse in an ALF during her return to school. Upon graduating with her RN from Lake Sumter State College, she took on the role of Director of nursing in that same ALF. Jennifer then moved into her first regional role. In the years since Jennifer has served in a regional or administrative role in senior living. Jennifer obtained her certified dementia practitioner during this time.

Working with seniors and ensuring they receive the care and lifestyle they deserve is what drives and rewards her everyday.

Jennifer was born in northern NJ and has called Florida home for thirty years. She currently resides in Minneola, Florida with her husband Earl and their bulldog Maddie. Jennifer and Earl are Georgia Bulldog fans and enjoy spending Saturday afternoons watching college football.
