Nicholas Stanford has been working at Tribute for only one year but has already jumped right in making it seem like he has been here for years. His experience, kindness, and dependable nature have made him a valued member of our team, and we are proud to recognize him as our Associate of the Month.

As the Assistant Lifestyles Coordinator, Nick plays an important role in helping plan, organize, and oversee the many activities and special events at Tribute. From daily programs to festive tea parties and special celebrations, Nick works behind the scenes and alongside the team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Most importantly, he wants every resident to have a wonderful time while making sure activities are safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

Nick especially enjoys being able to build relationships with the residents. Whether he is helping someone participate in an activity, chatting with a resident, assisting with an event, or simply making someone laugh, Nick believes that the little moments can make a big difference. His willingness to help and his positive attitude are just a few of the qualities that make him such a valued member of the Tribute team.

Outside of Tribute, Nick stays busy with several other interests and activities. He also works at Texas Roadhouse, where he enjoys being part of another team and interacting with people. Music is another important part of Nick’s life. He and his wife, Kylie, are members of their church choir and handbell ensemble. They enjoy making music together and sharing their talents with their church community.

When Nick does find some free time, he enjoys relaxing with one of his favorite hobbies: video games. He also loves visiting the zoo, where he can spend time seeing and learning about all kinds of animals. Whether he is exploring the zoo, playing a game, making music, or spending time with family and friends, Nick enjoys finding ways to have fun and make lasting memories.

Over the past year, Nick has enjoyed getting to know the residents and becoming part of the Tribute community. He looks forward to many more years of activities, celebrations, laughter, music, and wonderful memories with the residents and team at Tribute at One Loudoun.
