Associate of the Month

We are proud to recognize Sil Peña as our July associate of the month! Sil is our dedicated maintenance assistant and community bus driver, playing an important role in keeping our community running smoothly. Before joining our team, he worked as a manager for a newspaper distribution service for many years where he earned employee of the month twice. Originally from New York City, Sil has a passion for music, dancing, and maintaining a positive outlook on life. One of the most meaningful moments in his life was the birth of his first son, a day he says he would relive. His favorite holiday is New Year’s Day, and he enjoys Italian cuisine. When asked for words of wisdom, Sil shared: “Don’t worry, there’s always tomorrow.” Sil is a valued member of our team who goes above and beyond each day, whether assisting with maintenance needs or ensuring our residents arrive safely at their destinations. We are grateful for his hard work, kindness, and dedication to our community.
