Associate of the Month

We are beyond pleased to shine some light on our April employee of the month, Ayana Troutman. She has been with us for just over a year now as a caregiver and we are so grateful to have someone who’s never scared to go the extra mile whether it’s for the team or our residents. When she’s not here working hard, you can catch her watching her favorite show and taking care of her sweet daughter. Ayana loves her job because it allows her to help others, learn about many different cultures, and build strong connections with the people around her. Her go to drink in the morning is an energy drink over coffee or tea, and to wrap up a good day she would get her favorite food pasta. She has always worked in healthcare but if Ayana switched departments for a day, she’d like to try out HR (Human Resources). Thank you, Ayana, for your amazing attitude every day, your hard work, and for never being afraid of a challenge.
