Resident of the Month

Betty Sue Phillips

We are proud to recognize Betty Sue Phillips as our Resident of the Month for January at Madison at Ocoee. Betty has always had a strong dedication to helping others, a value she has carried with her throughout her life and continues to demonstrate each day in our community.
After retiring from an impressive 30 years of dedicated service with the school system, Betty didn’t slow down. Instead, she devoted her time to giving back, completing over 100 hours of volunteer work. Her lifelong commitment to service speaks volumes about her character and compassionate heart.
Betty strives to do her best, be her best, and always look her best—and she truly lives by these words. To this day, she can be seen walking around the community beautifully dressed, greeting others with pride and purpose. She takes special joy in helping decorate the lobby, treating it as if it were her own home and ensuring it feels warm, welcoming, and full of life.
Betty’s dedication, grace, and caring spirit are an inspiration to residents and staff alike. We are so grateful to have her as part of the Madison at Ocoee family and are honored to celebrate her this month.
