Resident of the Month

Angelo Illuzzi was born on May 21, 1940 in Giovinazzo, Italy. Angelo and his wife moved to Florida in May of 1966 from upstate New York. They are the proud parents of two daughters and one son. They have one dog named Luca. Mr. Illuzzi is a veteran of the armed services in Italy. After serving time in the military he went on to work as a farmer and later in construction. Although Angelo has only been a resident of Madison at Clermont for a short period of time, he has gone out of his way to assist other residents and the activity department as much as possible. I have heard him say on several occasions ” I just love to work and be helpful” and that he does. He helps us keep the plants on the patio watered and trimmed. And he offers assistance anytime he sees us setting up the lobby for special events and Happy Hours. When asked what his favorite food is he stated “Everything!” His favorite colors are Red-White-Green, which just so happen to be the colors of the flag in Italy. He loves all kinds of music and plays the harmonica for us often. His favorite movie is “The Ten Commandments.” Hobbies include dancing, travelling, and shopping! Thank you Mr. Illuzzi for all that you do to make our days much brighter and thank you for actively participating in most of our activity programs on a daily basis.
