Associate of the Month

Miss. Paula Perez was elected to be our April Associate of the Month because of her professionalism, friendly personality, willingness to assist her co-workers, and self-motivation. Paula recently transitioned from working as our receptionist to the activity department where she is working as our activity assistant. Paula jumped straight into her new position and started driving the community bus within her first week. By her third week she was running the entire activity department by herself for an entire week when her activity director was out due to illness. Paula is originally from Miami, Florida but relocated to Clermont when she was in high school. Miss. Perez attended Michigan State University and majored in psychology. Paula loves working in the activity department and leading recreational activities with the residents. She hopes to become an activity director in the future. Her hobbies include traveling, crafting, shopping and experiencing different cuisines at new restaurants. Her favorite color is red. Her favorite food is truffle pasta and she loves brownies! Her dream car is an Audi or Porsche SUV. Ms. Paula’s mother works in quality assurance, and her stepfather is a drafting engineer, she has a younger brother and sister.
