Associate of the Month

Lawana Coleman has been selected to be July’s associate of the month because of her work ethic, professionalism, dependability and dedication! Lawana has been working for Madison at Clermont in the dietary department for 1+ years as a server. Ms. Coleman is the proud mother of three children. Her favorite color is burgundy, and she enjoys listening to all types of music. Lawana goes above and beyond to assist the residents and other staff members. She comes to work early every day to ensure that she is ready to face any assignment given to her and the residents love her because she goes out of her way to make their dining experience pleasant. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, and cooking. And if you haven’t tried her sweet potato bread or fried green tomatoes you are truly missing out! They are absolutely amazing!!! Congratulations Lawana for being selected as the Employee of the Month for July!
