We hope you’re as excited as we are for all the fun and memories we’ll create together in 2025! The new year is often a time for setting goals and making resolutions, and this year, we’re encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
If you haven’t yet had the chance to meet other residents, start by introducing yourself and then challenge yourself to join in on one or more activities each week. For the next step, why not embark on a bus trip? It’s a great way to explore and connect!

For more information on upcoming trips, please reach out to Mark Wright-Ahern, our Lifestyles Director. Let’s make 2025 a year of new experiences and exciting adventures!

Mental Health

Mental Health, Madison at Clermont

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. While we can’t control everything that comes our way, we can control how we respond. Making our mental health a priority each day is key to living a more positive and balanced life.

How can we do this? Start by letting go of things that are beyond your control and focus on what you can manage—like your eating habits and sleep schedule. By prioritizing these small actions, you’ll help reduce stress and promote a healthier mindset.

Take time each day to relax and de-stress. Whether it’s finding a calming activity or enjoying something that brings you joy, these moments will contribute to your overall well-being. By making these changes, you’ll notice a shift in your mental health, feeling more centered and positive each day.

Let's Make Memories

Last year, we had the pleasure of learning about some amazing national parks across the United States, creating unforgettable memories along the way. Our residents enjoyed trips to exciting destinations such as the Sanford Zoo, Silver Springs, Gatorland, and Disney World, just to name a few.

As we look ahead to this year, we’re excited to continue our journey with new trips around Central Florida. Let’s make even more memories and experience new adventures together with our Madison at Clermont family. Here’s to another year of fun and exploration!

1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
2 cups fresh Louisiana strawberries, sliced
2¼ cups sugar
1 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
