Our Associate of the Month

Meet Lucas, Our October Employee of the Month. We are thrilled to introduce Lucas as our October Employee of the Month! Born and raised in Kenya, Lucas made the brave move to Georgia on May 27th of this year. Since arriving, he has embraced his new journey with open arms, starting his first job in America at Legacy Ridge at Brookstone.

Lucas’s passion for life is evident in everything he does. Growing up, he found joy in reggae music, participated in drama festivals across Kenya, and nurtured his love for drawing and reading, hobbies he continues to cherish today. Some of his favorite places include Kennesaw Mountain here in Georgia and Fort Ternan back home, where nature’s beauty inspires him.
His dedication extends beyond personal interests; during his time in Kenya, Lucas was recognized with an award for excellence in community nursing. This achievement speaks volumes about his commitment to helping others. Colleagues and residents alike appreciate his polite demeanor, humility, patience, and determination.

When we asked Lucas what he is most proud of since joining our team at Legacy Ridge at Brookstone, he shared heartfelt sentiments: “Being employed here has been a blessing for me. Getting the job and seeing residents happy makes me the proudest.” We couldn’t agree more!
