Legacy Reserve at Old Town | Joey Polston, Dining Service Director

Joey Polston

Dining Service Director

Joey’s career path began many years ago as a General Manager for several restaurant industries. What he loves about Legacy Reserve is that he can build a menu based off our residents’ requests. Our community dining program is not about the outside world and preselected menus; it is about the world that we are uniquely creating for them.

He has been a caretaker for several family members for multiple years and has learned the importance of identifying someone’s individual needs and finding a solution to meet and exceed those needs. His intention is to leave every one of our residents better than the way he found them.

Legacy Reserve’s Freedom Dining is exceptionally appealing to Joey! The ability for our residents to eat what they want, where they want and when they want offers the flexibility he wants to provide. This is a unique experience that completely caters to residents’ preferences. It is all about resident-driven dining with a restaurant type setting offering three uniquely different venues of McCullers’s Restaurant, the Whitewater Bistro and Bernard’s Bar.
