Carol Brinegar
Executive Director
Carol Brinegar is a native of West Virginia and graduate ofĀ Marshall University. Beginning her career providing speech therapy services to adults with neurological deficits, she served seniors through roles of clinician, Director of Rehabilitation Services, Director of Healthcare Admissions, and senior housing Executive Director.
Carol joined Atlas Senior Living in 2015, managing construction and operations of theĀ companyās flagship independent living community in Lexington, KY.Ā In her tenure with Atlas, she has held roles of Executive Director, Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Construction and Executive Vice President of Construction/Design with Salta Capital, an Atlas affiliate company.
Carol prides herself in developing strong community cultures, communication, problem solving, and attention to detail, all which lead to obtaining and maintaining high occupancy with 6+ years of 100% occupancy throughout her career.
In her current role, Carol supports operations of communities in Kentucky, Texas, Florida, and Georgia while managing construction of new additions to the Atlas portfolio.Ā
Melissa Russell
Assistant Executive Director
My hometown of Temple, Texas is where I started my career in senior living. My passion has always been to work with seniors.
I have over 31 years of experience working in senior living. I got my start working in the home health industry. The last 13 years I have held roles working inĀ Assisted Living and Memory Care communities as Business Office Directors and Executive Director. The biggest reward is being part of the residents andĀ their familiesā lives interacting with them daily.
In my spare time I enjoy time with my family, dancing and running.
Lauren Hamilton
Sales and Marketing Director
Lauren relocated to Georgia in 2006, from Syracuse, New York, after attending Syracuse University. She joined the senior living industry in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant with a senior living referral agency and quickly advanced to a Sales and Marketing role.
During this time her passion for senior living grew, and she utilized her strengths by building relationships with seniors and their families. While in the Sales and Marketing role, Lauren established lasting relationships with industry professionals as well as gaining an abundance of knowledge of senior living communities. Most recently, Lauren expanded to an Area Sales Manager position where she supported multiple communities by mentoring sales teams and assisting with growth within the local market.
Jasmine Walker
Sales Counselor
Jasmine Walker is a young professional who began her career in senior living during high school, serving residents in dining services. She earned a bachelorās degree in Advertising and Marketing from Indiana University and has since worked with Atlas Senior Living in Florida before relocating to Texas to join The Oscar. Jasmine is passionate about personal and professional growth, has a genuine love for seniors, and is dedicated to supporting them by helping solve their challenges with care and compassion. Lauren Castleberry
Wellness Director
Lauren Castleberry serves as Wellness Director at The Oscar at Georgetown.Ā Moving to Texas as an infant with her grandfather, a U.S. Army Colonel, she has proudly called Georgetown home since 2011.
Lauren holds licensure as a LVN, with experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Assistant.Ā Ā She is loving mother and grandmother with family being the center of her world and foundation of her passion for caring for others. Ā Ā
āAs long as I can remember, I had two dreams: to be a mom and to be a nurse. I am eternally grateful to live both of those dreams every day. Hannah Neuffer
Lifestyles Director
Hannah Neuffer is a dedicated Lifestyle Director with a decade of experience enriching the lives of seniors. With a deep passion for senior living, Hannah excels at building meaningful personal connections, interacting with residents daily, and ensuring every individual is treated with the utmost care and kindness.
Originally from Boise, Idaho, Hannah has called the north Austin area home for the past 21 years. Her journey in senior care began early, volunteering with seniors at a young age, which ignited her lifelong commitment to the field. Hannah is primarily driven by resident satisfaction and prioritizes quality of care above all else, believing firmly that every resident deserves to be treated like family.
Hannah finds immense joy in planning engaging events and seeing residents delight in them, playing games with residents, and making every day special. In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with her daughter, embracing the outdoors, and traveling.
Craig Lentz
Dining Services Director | Executive Chef
Craig Lentz serves as Dining Services Director and Executive Chef at The Oscar at Georgetown.Ā Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, he graduated from Loyola University of Maryland with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in English Literature and Creative Writing.
Craig brings extensive dining experience to The Oscar both nationally and internationally, including senior housing.Ā
- Served as General Manager and MaĆ®tre Dā of Maison Marconi Restaurant winning a āJames Beard Awardā in 2002 for Best American Classic Restaurant in the Mid-Atlantic Region, a ā5 Diamond Awardā, and āBest Old School Restaurantā in Baltimore.
- Opened flagship restaurant for Lukeās Lobster in Portland, Maine winning āBest New Restaurantā among other accolades.
- Owned and renovated a restaurant in Maine.
- Spent 3 years in Ecuador, bringing North American cuisine to expats and locals through catering and consulting with local restaurants, eventually building a beachfront restaurant.
Craig spent the last year learning the Art of Sushi before moving to Georgetown, Texas in December 2025. Craig and Lisa share 6 adult children and are expecting their first grandchild in February 2026.
Michael Andrews
Director of Building Services
I was born in Georgetown Tx. And grew up all around this area. I have worked in the maintenance industry for over thirty years, when I began working in the senior communities almost twenty years ago it became a passion of mine. I love the environment and the ability to serve with honor.
In my spare time I love to fish, hunt , and spend my time with my family, I have been married for thirty three years, have three children and two grandchildren. I am looking forward of being a member with the Oscar at Georgetown one big family !!!
