Jill Kruske

Lifestyle Director

Jill Kruske is originally from Lake Placid, Florida, and has dedicated her career to caring for and enriching the lives of seniors. She began her journey working at Martin South Nursing before moving to Graham, North Carolina. There, Jill worked as a CNA and Med Tech before taking on the role of Lifestyle Director in a Memory Care Community.

 

Jill is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and spent 10 years working in memory care & Assisted Living, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for helping residents live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

 

Last year, Jill made the move back to Florida, where she is enjoying being closer to her family once again. Today, she loves being on the “fun side” of assisted living—creating opportunities for residents to stay active, engaged, and connected.

 

For Jill, it is about much more than planning activities. She believes in helping each resident discover meaning, purpose, and joy in everyday life. Her passion is creating experiences that bring people together, encourage participation, and make every day a little brighter. 

Carrie Everetts

Health and Wellness Director

Carrie Everetts brings years of experience and a true passion for caring for seniors to her role as Health & Wellness Director at The Goldton at Stuart. Carrie began her career in senior care in Ohio as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She continued her education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), eventually serving as a Director of Nursing (DON) for seven years. Throughout her career, Carrie has developed a deep understanding of senior care and a commitment to supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect. Her experience and dedication make her a valuable part of The Goldton at Stuart team.

Lomiah Magloire

Memory Care Director

Lomiah D. Magloire is a seasoned senior living professional with over 20 years of experience in Memory Care. Her passion is rooted in compassionate, person-centered care and in seeing the individual beyond the diagnosis. She is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that keep residents active, engaged, connected, and smiling every day.

 

As a Life Coach and Relationship Counselor, Lomiah brings an added level of understanding and connection to her work. She believes in listening, encouraging, empowering, and helping others recognize their strengths, value, and purpose.

 

Lomiah takes great pride in the work she does and in being a valued part of The Goldton community, where she helps create an environment filled with compassion, dignity, and meaningful connection. She is committed to fostering a space where residents feel seen, supported, and truly at home—bringing purpose, positive energy, and heartfelt engagement into every interaction.

Stacy Goldstein

Salon Director

Stacy Goldstein is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, leadership, and mentorship, with a passion for people and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships. As Salon Director at The Goldton at Stuart, she brings decades of experience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of others.

 

Throughout her career, Stacy has combined her expertise in beauty with her strengths as a leader, mentor, and educator. She believes that great leadership begins with connection, making people feel seen, valued, supported, and encouraged to be their best.

 

Known for her warmth, kindness, humor, and straightforward approach, Stacy brings both heart and experience to everything she does. Whether she is working with residents, or helping build a stronger team culture, her goal remains the same: to make a positive difference in the lives of the people aroundher. 

Matthew McDonald

Dinning Director

Executive Chef Matthew McDonald began his culinary career at age 17 in Michigan, where he was mentored by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jimmy Schmidt at Detroit’s renowned Rattlesnake Club, becoming a Sous Chef by age 20.


His career has included leadership roles at acclaimed restaurants and luxury resorts throughout Michigan and South Florida, including Pier House Resort & Spa, La Vieille Maison in Boca Raton, and the National Hotel in South Beach. With decades of experience in distinguished kitchens, Chef Matthew brings creativity, refined technique, and a passion for exceptional hospitality to every dining experience.
