Celebrating Mimose Bellfleur

Resident Assistant | Employee of the Month

Mimose Bellfleur has been a valued member of our team since August 25, 2021. As a Resident Assistant, Mimose says the most rewarding part of her job is putting a smile on the faces of our residents and knowing she has made a positive difference in their day.

Mimose believes that caring for residents goes beyond assisting with their daily needs. She takes pride in spending meaningful time with them, encouraging them to participate in activities, keeping them active and engaged, and creating moments of laughter and connection. Whether she is singing with residents, joining them in an activity, or simply taking time to brighten someone’s day, Mimose enjoys helping residents feel included, valued, and at home.

Outside of work, Mimose serves as the Women’s Ministry President at her church, where she continues her passion for serving and encouraging others. She also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
