Spiritual well-being is the state of feeling connected to a higher power, finding purpose and meaning in life, and experiencing inner peace and harmony. It is an essential component of overall wellness, alongside physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Practices such as meditation, awe, forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude can boost spiritual well-being and increase overall well-being. These practices can be conducted individually, but they may have more impact when practiced in a community.
