Lorenzo Dorse, Executive Director | The Goldton at Southaven

Lorenzo Dorse

Executive Director

Lorenzo graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems. He also received his master’s degree in business administration from Strayer University.

Starting in senior living in 2015, Lorenzo has held roles in Admissions and Marketing as well as being a Nursing Home Administrator. In his spare time, Lorenzo enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working out and watching football-Go Denver Broncos!

Sales and Marketing Director

Jill Coleman began her career in Senior Living while in College at the University of Mississippi as a research analyst for the Promatura Group and the American Senior Housing Association. After college she moved to Memphis , TN and now has two decades of leadership in Senior Living and the Hospitality industry .

She is passionate about helping families and Seniors. She lives on 10 acres Nesbit, MS and loves her two Labrador Retrievers, traveling to visit family in Gulf Shores and visiting Fine Art Museums in New York and around the world.

Sheila Williams

Activities Director

My name is Sheila Williams, and I was born and raised in a small town in MS called Arcola. I started my career as an Activities Director in Greenville, MS in 2004 and in 2008 I received my Activity Director certification from Mississippi Health Care Association. I moved to Memphis in 2011 and begin working at a long-term care facility for 11 years before going to a retirement community for 7 years. I started at The Goldton in March of 2023, and I love the community and the residents. My engagement with seniors has always been a learning experience but here at The Goldton, I’ve learned to enjoy the wisdom and knowledge that the seniors exhibit. I’m eager and excited to build a relationship with each and every resident and to bring fun, laughter, and entertainment to their lives daily. 

I’ve been blessed to be with my husband for 15 years. We have two daughters and three amazing grandchildren. In my spare I enjoy painting and carving gourds.  

Antionette Douglas, Wellness Director, The Goldton at Southaven

Antoinette Douglas

Wellness Director

Antoinette Douglas is a licensed practical nurse and has been in the healthcare industry for seventeen years, including her certified nursing assistant experience. Her career history includes providing quality and person-centered care to the geriatric population and managing staff. She has believed that everyone should be treated uniquely and fairly. Her goal for the healthcare industry is to remind every one of the true compassions of caring for others. Increasing the morale while maintaining structure is a gift of hers.

When Douglas is not taking care of residents, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She’s a true advocate for the health and wellness. You will always hear her say, “I’m here for you, not me”. She’s a beautiful soul and true leader.

Joel Wooten

Joel Wooten

Dining Director

Joel began working at The Goldton at Southaven in September of 2013 as a dishwasher. The Dining Director at the time moved him to a Server because he said that Joel “moved too fast to be a dishwasher”. He and the residents had an immediate connection, and that connection continues today. 

After serving for several months, he became a cook. He cooked for several years and became the Dining Services Director in February 2023. Joel has had a love of cooking all his life. His favorite dish to prepare is his famous fried chicken! Thank you Joel for all you do for the residents at The Goldton at Southaven!

LD Smith maintenance director

LeDarrion Smith

Maintenance Director

Born and raised in Memphis, TN. LeDarrion graduated from William R. Moore School of Technology with an associate degree in HVAC. He has been working in Maintenance since 2016 where he started as a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Technician. He has been working in Senior living care since 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog Ghost, going to his son’s football games, the Memphis Grizzlies and the Tennessee Titans. Grit and Grind, Titan Up!!
