Resident of the Month

Carl Vengel has been a valued member of our community since February 2024. From the very beginning, Carl has demonstrated great dedication and commitment to both his fellow residents and our staff. He is deeply appreciative of everything that is done for him and others, and he consistently shows gratitude and kindness. Carl currently serves as the Vice President of the Residents and is always attentive and involved in matters related to resident life and well-being. At The Canopy, we are truly grateful and fortunate to have Carl as part of our community.

Carl moved into our community with his beloved wife; however, her passing was a very difficult and heartbreaking loss for him. Despite this, Carl has shown remarkable strength and resilience. Even in the midst of his grief, he has continued to move forward with grace, becoming an inspiring example of perseverance, courage, and a strong spirit to everyone around him.
