Alison Faiella

Lifestyle Director

Alison began her journey by volunteering at local community events, swiftly assuming the role of Chairperson for the Events Committee. This experience became the catalyst for her rewarding career in Activities. Alison enjoys reflecting on 15 years dedicated to creating, planning, and designing activities that not only enrich lives but also provide a profound sense of purpose. What began as a simple commitment has evolved into a heartfelt passion.

Through her work, she has established genuine connections with residents. Witnessing the positive impact of her efforts on their lives brings an unparalleled sense of fulfillment.

She has travelled through life, both figuratively and literally, with her amazing husband, Rob, for two decades. They find joy in road tripping in their RV and spending nights at the baseball field, whether it is cheering on Little League games or supporting the Rays.

Tracy Wellness Director The Canopy at Beacon Woods

Tracy

Wellness Director

Tracy is a multigenerational Florida native, and was born in a town named Fruitville, FL later renamed Fordville.

She is a mother of three biological sons and has bonus children.  She is married to a retired firefighter and together they have ten children and twenty-two grandchildren.  She loves and adores the pandemonium of family gatherings.

Tracy was guided into the nursing industry when her grandfather was ill and battling many health issues.  She believes that he would have had a better journey in his life if someone in the family had a better understanding of the health care system and could have advocated for him more effectively. With the education she obtained and many years as a nurse she has made it her goal to be an advocate for her residents and family.

Tracy has a great deal of gratitude and excitement to be in The Canopy at Beacon Wood’s family.  She is excited to work with everyone at the community!

John Cordero, Dining Services Director | The Canopy at Beacon Woods

John Cordero

Dining Services Director

As Chef, I began my calling of being the best Chef I could be by achieving my degree in Culinary Arts. Since then, I am currently in my twenty-two year of experience. In the last fifteen years, I have held positions of Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Throughout my career I have been recognized as a visionary Chef who has significantly increased revenues and operational efficiencies through strong organizational skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills.

I have been able to convey complex menu concepts in simple and compelling ways. To the point where I was successfully managing seven different units, all in different locations. I thrive in challenges such as creating different menus catering to both traditional as well as innovative tastes of the people we served. While being the best Chef I can, is my calling, I am blessed with a wonderful wife and two great children. We all serve our loving GOD to whom we owe everything we have and are.
