Julie Campbell
Executive Director
Julie joined the Senior Living world in 2018 as the Assistant Executive Director at an Independent Senior Living Community in Peoria, Arizona, where she is from. She soon realized she wanted to make a career out of serving seniors. She was introduced to Monark Grove Madison in November of 2023, when she visited a few times to help the community. She instantly fell in love with the residents, employees and the community just felt like home. Julie has two wonderful children, a son and a daughter. She also has a german shepherd and a blue heeler and wishes she could save all the dogs. Her daughter is attending college in Palm Beach, so it was an easy decision to make the move, when offered the Executive Director position. In her free time, she enjoys BBQing with friends and family, being outdoors, kayaking and fishing.
Laurie Seidle
Sales & Marketing Director
Laurie comes to Monark Grove Madison with thirty years of healthcare and senior living experience. Born and raised in PA, Laurie was raised by her grandparents and thus was born her love for working with older adults. She started her career in housekeeping, concierge, activities, and then became a social worker, after college graduation. Laurie’s greatest goal is to help older adults find the best, most active and vibrant lifestyle they can, to truly enjoy their retirement and live life in full color. Laurie has two wonderful children. Her other greatest passion is hiking and being outdoors.
Mackenzie Tucker
Wellness Director
Mackenzie is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over six years of experience in thehealthcare field. After earning her degree from Jacksonville State University, she embarkedon a rewarding career that showcases her commitment to patient care and her passion forthe nursing profession and leading as the Wellness Director for Monark Grove Greystone and Madison.
Throughout her career, Mackenzie has worked in various healthcare settings, honing herskills and expanding her knowledge in nursing practices. Her experience spansorthopedics, geriatric care, hospice and palliative, and medical-surgical nursing, allowingher to develop a well-rounded perspective on patient needs across diverse populations.
Mackenzie’s approach to nursing is characterized by her compassionate nature and strongclinical skills. She believes in the importance of holistic care, always striving to treat theresidents as a whole rather than just addressing their ailments.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Mackenzie is deeply committed to continuous professional development. She actively participates in nursing workshops and seminars tostay abreast of the latest advancements in medical protocols and patient care techniques.
Outside of her direct patient care, Mackenzie takes great pride in mentoring new nursesentering the profession and guiding experienced nurses as well. She understands thechallenges faced by newcomers and is passionate about providing guidance and support,ensuring they feel confident and prepared in their roles. Her leadership skills have beenrecognized by her peers, and she often takes on additional responsibilities that involvetraining and overseeing nursing students during their clinical rotations and has led herteam of experienced clinicians.
When she’s not caring for her patients or volunteering, Mackenzie enjoys spending timewith her family and exploring the great outdoors. She believes in balancing her professionallife with personal interests, often engaging in activities such as hiking, reading, andspending time with her two goldendoodles and two cats. Her well-rounded approach to lifefurther enhances her ability to connect with her patients, as she brings a genuine warmthand relatability to her interactions.

Amy Chaiyaton
Lifestyle Director
Amy’s day-to-day activities involve crafting a diverse range of programs for both residents and the community. She strives to spend valuable time with residents, create meaningful connections, and build a better tomorrow for everyone. That’s why she has been in this industry for 16 years and continues to find fulfillment in giving the community’s residents the best quality of life every day. Originally from Thailand, outside of work she spends time with her loved ones, including her daughter and their two furry companions.
Alexis Ramudzuli
Business Office Coordinator
Alexis has been at Monark Grove Madison since day one. She loves building resident relationships and enjoys helping them in any way she can. Alexis was introduced to the Senior Living world while attending nursing school, and she never looked back. She grew up mostly out of the country and has traveled all over the world, living in places like Korea, the Netherlands, and Germany. Alexis and her husband have one amazing child and have been married for seven years. Alexis owns her own business, and her favorite hobbies are swimming, tennis, baking, traveling, and volunteer work
Jackie Hraba
Wellness Director
Jackie has been with Monark Grove Madison for over a year. She was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Her career began at a large Continuing Care Retirement Community as a Certified Nurse Aid. There, she found a sincere love for the senior population. It was at that community that she found her mentor, became a Practical Nurse, eventually becoming Coordinator and the Administrator of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care for 14 years. She worked in the same capacity and raised her children with husband, Mark in Charleston, SC for the next 15 years. Jackie spent a short time in Washington state as Director of Health services before moving to Madison, Alabama to be closer to family where she was able to help with her mother and father-in-law who were living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Memory Care has had a grasp on her heart from the beginning. Her goal is to make every moment count.
Keith Wiggins
Dining Services Director
Keith has been working in the Senior Living industry for over seven years. He is passionate about serving delicious meals and enjoys seeing the smiles on the residents’ faces as they dine in our luxury dining room. In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, watching college football, and beach vacations.
Lawrence Andrews
Director of Building Services
Lawrence is originally from Florida and moved to Alabama in 2009. He has been in the Senior Living industry for eight years. His background before Senior Living was multi family, residential housing, including properties as large as 415 units. He has held numerous leadership positions in the Maintenance field. He is proud to say he been a part of opening two Senior Living properties.
