Help us celebrate Alyza Lockridge for being named Employee of the Month!

Alyza was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and spent several years in Florida.

In 2018, she successfully completed her studies at the Montgomery, Alabama Job Corps Center and obtained certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA). She returned to Alabama in 2022, became a certified medical assistant in 2025 and intends to pursue a nursing degree.

She is of Japanese and Native American descent on her mother’s side and is the second child among seven siblings. Family has consistently played a significant role in shaping who she is.

Alyza, a devoted partner and parent of twins, a daughter and son, is driven by a natural caregiving instinct. Inspired by her grandmother—her closest friend, she developed a strong dedication to supporting older adults, shaping her passion for healthcare.
Alyza has excelled as the Memory Care Activity Coordinator, approaching each task with creativity and compassion. She enjoys leading crafts and activities, finding fulfillment in bringing joy and meaningful moments to residents.
